Where can I find you?
We are based in Adelaide, South Australia and there are a few places you can find us. We are predominantly an online business, our full range can be found here on this website. You can also find a select range of our furniture and homewares at Vintage Fox & Co located 253 St Vincent St Port Adelaide.
Can you tell me more about the workshop?
The workshop is a little cottage we use to store our wares, style rooms and take photos. We've set it up as though it was a home and hope this inspires people to decorate with vintage and second hand in their own homes! You can read more about our workshop and see the before and after here
Do you have a shop front?
We don't have a shop front but you can find a select range of our furniture and homewares at Vintage Fox & Co located 253 St Vincent St Port Adelaide
Do you post interstate?
Yes! We post Australia wide.
Do you post internationally?
No, sorry. We only post within Australia.
Can you tell me more about your shipping costs?
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 on all orders under $150. If you spend $150 or more you will receive FREE shipping! This excludes furniture, large artworks and some items that are too fragile for our regular postage service.
Do you offer local pickup?
We have now have a pick up option if you live locally and this is only available for furniture and large items. Simply select this option at check out and we will email you our address. The pick up window is 11 am - 1 pm on Sundays from our storage house in Old Reynella.
I saw something on Instagram/Facebook that I would like to buy, how do I purchase?
If the item is posted on Instagram or Facebook and there is a link to our website, please purchase through our website. If it is an item that is not listed on our website yet, it may be something that will become available soon or it could be something that is already sold. Do not hesitate to contact us about a specific item, we will gladly give you the details on its availability.
I live interstate and I wish to purchase a furniture item on your website, how does this work?
The best way to purchase furniture is to contact us and let us know which item/s you are interested in. We will need your suburb and postcode to receive a quote for shipping. Please bare with us if it takes a little longer than sending our smaller items, the procedure is somewhat more complicated and we always try to find the most reasonable quote where possible. You are also welcome to organise a courier yourself too.
Where do you find your goods?
Here, there and everywhere. No, really! We search everywhere. A lot of our items we get from auctions, garage sales and items that have been privately sold to us.
You're a second-hand store, that means I can negotiate on price, right?
We're sorry but our prices are non-negotiable. We are a very small business run by two individuals who pour our hearts and souls into sourcing items. Finding special pieces takes a lot of time and effort and we make sure to thoroughly check each and every item for flaws and then price accordingly. In saying that, we strive to keep our prices as affordable for you as possible!
I have something to sell, do you buy furniture or homewares?
Yes, we do. If you have a something you'd like to sell and you think it fits in with our style (even better if there's a story being it!) please contact us via email with any photos you might have. We're always looking for more treasures :~)
Do you deliver furniture?
Yes, we deliver locally within approx 20km from where we are located in Old Reynella. You can see a list of suburbs we deliver to here
