We have $9.95 flat rate shipping on all orders under $150! Yay! If you spend $150 or more you will receive FREE shipping, how good is that?
*These rates exclude furniture, large artworks and certain pieces that are too fragile/large for our regular shipping service. Please contact us for a shipping quote on these pieces
Once your order has been placed we will send it off to you as soon as possible, this may take up to a week. Parcels are sent with Australia Post or Sendle but we may occasionally choose another service.You will receive an email once your order has been lodged with a tracking number. Shipping speed once the item is posted will depend on your location, however on average please refer to the following:
Sending within South Australia:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

We don't have an option for international shipping just yet, but please do contact us if there is a particular item you are wanting. We can certainly look into it for you!
All of our orders are packaged using recycled and re-purposed materials where possible. We encourage you to re-purpose any packaging if you can but if you are unable to reuse, please be sure to recycle.
Cardboard and paper - Can be recycled at home or used in the compost bin
Biodegradable packing peanuts - These are made from natural fibres and will dissolve in water. They are also compostable
Bubble wrap and other soft plastics - You can recycle at your nearest soft plastics drop off location. You can find your nearest drop off point here
Furniture Local Delivery
Some of the items on our website such as furniture and large decor/artwork are only available for local residents to purchase. We will hand deliver these pieces ourselves. If you are eligible, this option will automatically appear at check out. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions
We want nothing more than for you to be happy with your Storytellers Workshop treasure! We strive to provide you with only quality items and we try our best to describe our vintage as accurately as possible. Each listing will include multiple photos and measurements of the item with a description of any note-worthy faults. Due to the age and pre-loved nature of vintage items, there will be obvious signs of use and sometimes imperfections, this adds to the character and charm of the item and is not considered damage.
We encourage you to view all product photos and use the zoom in feature. If you have any questions or require additional information about an item please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We will accept returns on vintage products only if the item is significantly different from our description.
If there is any issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We are here to help in any way we can!

Securely packaging items is of upmost importance to us because we want nothing more than for our treasures to make it to you safe and sound! However, accidents can happen in the travelling process and occasionally packages can arrive damaged due to mishandling. If in the unfortunate circumstance your item did not arrive safely, please photograph the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours. We will do what we can to resolve the problem for you!
